ABOUT

DIANNE'S STORY

I’m Dianne Maldonado Hill — the CEO and Chief Wellness Warrior at Inspired for Life! and Dianne Maldonado Wellness Coaching.

In 2011, I was teaching a group fitness class when I was suddenly struck with a brain aneurysm (aka “brain-bleed”) that literally killed me. I flat-lined.

Thankfully, I survived but I had to rebuild my life from scratch. It took almost 3 years until I was fully functional again. It was one of the hardest times of my life and also one of my life’s greatest gifts. I’ve spent the last nine years, studying and practicing how to be my authentic, productive, Type-A self while living a mindful, balanced, and joyous life that’s truly worth living. Now, I am on a mission to make sure that no one else has to face death before they realize what really matters in their life.

Take a deep breath and bring yourself back to the present moment as often as you can. It's the only place where life happens.

Life Wellness Coach

owner of Inspired for Life!

I teach women 40+ how to reconnect with themselves and realize what’s true and important in their lives, so they can move forward with confidence and clarity, before it’s too late.

Today, I am a Life Wellness and Mindfulness Coach, an Applied Positive Psychology coach, a Group Exercise Instructor, and a single mother of two school-age children. Being a Life Wellness Coach is the perfect synergy of my passions and experience. My 20 years of experience working in both the high-tech and health and wellness industries, brings a unique perspective to my coaching style. I started in the high-tech industry and I know what it’s like to be a techie working in the trenches of Silicon Valley – the unrealistic deadlines, constant pressure, and never-ending workdays. I also learned that what I enjoyed most about working in high-tech was managing teams, mentoring people, and leading my teams to both professional and personal success.

As a lifelong fitness and wellness junkie, and certified group exercise instructor teaching classes in the Bay Area, I absolutely love inspiring and motivating others to be at the top of their game physically, mentally, and emotionally. In my wellness classes, I’ve addressed topics ranging from fitness training and coaching to stress management and mindfulness. Through my work, I help my clients become empowered to live a life of clear priorities, purpose, balance, and abundance.

My passion is working with women 40+ who are lost in the chronic stress and busyness of everyday life and teaching them to live the mindful, healthy life they yearn for and deserve.
