Welcome Happy Healthy Women! It's almost Halloween and that time that we start thinking about the holiday season. We all know how crazy our lives are already and now we have the added holiday chaos coming quickly. I have some help for YOU! Carla Whyte, professional organizer extraordinaire and owner at Embracing Your Space, professional organizing, will be joining us this month. She and I will be teaming up to offer you some awesome and effective tips and tricks to help you get through the holiday season with less stress and more room for fun (and gifts)!
