When you are tired, your well-being suffers, when you are stressed out, so are your interactions with others and when you are not feeling well, your life doesn’t do well either. This meetup is for busy women who understand the importance of staying on track with their health and wellness and are looking for support as well as the opportunity to connect with other like-minded women.
Each month, I will highlight various wellness topics that affect our health and how we run our lives - such as, stress and anxiety strategies, mindfulness practices, positive psychology tools, mind/body tools, and the list goes on! There will be time for connecting both before and after the talk.
